Will modifying my car void my Subaru Warranty?Modifying your Subaru in anyway or form may void your vehicle’s warranty. The Subaru warranty is at the discretion of the Subaru Dealership. We recommend that you discuss the details of your warranty with Subaru directly.

Is there a restocking fee?Yes, customers who decide to cancel their repair order will surrender the amount of 25% the cost of “hardware” from their deposit.

Do you have a warranty?Yes, after an install or an engine build you have a 12 month or 12,000 mile labor warranty. Parts purchase by the customer are not covered by warranty. If the vehicle is modified with in the 12 month or 12,000 mile period of last service than it is void of said warranty.

How long do we hold on to your car after service?A customer has 7 days (weekends included) to pay and pick up vehicle after final estimate, phone call of completion and or mobile message has been sent. Any unacknowledged vehicle on the premises after 7 days accrues storage costs of 50$ per day (including weekends). After a long period of time the vehicle may be subjected to a mechanic’s lien.

How do I get my car tuned?First, contact us via email, phone, Instagram, or Facebook and set an appointment to get your car tuned. All tunes are subjected to a 100$ deposit. If your car does not pass the PDI (Pre Dyno Inspection) the 100$ is forfeited as a diagnostic charge along with any other diagnostic charges. The 100$ is non-refundable.
